ITT Manager Web Application provides two in one solution for companies looking to organize and better manage their daily work flow and track their Customers issues and Projects Operations. With ITT Manger you can fully manage a project/company and track all assigned resources. ITT Manager Software is available in two forms:

• Enterprise Application, downloadable version that can be installed on Microsoft Windows Based Servers.
• Through our Application Servers, or online web Application, customers are charged a monthly subscription fee per user account; please refer to our price list for pricing information.

ITT Manager consists to main modules.

1. Online, Project Management:

   Users and Managers can quickly create and monitor work instructions and tasks. Users can view and edit tasks assigned to them by their manager; users can add their hours and comments, for each of the assigned tasks.
   

2. Issue Tracking and Customer Support:

   Customers & Customer Support Representatives are given access to the ITT Manager system to report support issues. All issues can be turned into Tasks to be resolved by the company resources and notification to the customer can be automated via emails.

ITT Manager main features:

• Create Projects, sub projects, Work instructions and Tasks.
• Automatically notify users of Tasks assigned to them via Email and via our optional SMS module.
• Quickly create users and assign them tasks.
• Enable multiple users to add hours spent on one more tasks, and allow users to add their comments.
• View Task Entry in Grid format to quickly enter tasks in a similar way to entering data in an excel sheet.
• Users can upload documents/files related to existing tasks; the documents/files can be shared among the project resources.
• Generate reports for the hours and tasks carried out users for a specific duration.
• Customer support/Ticket Management, customers can fill an online web form to describe their issues/complaint, the ITT Manager users can view, resolve and respond to the customer through the ITT Manager system.
• The ITT Manger Admin can set the security levels for each user, giving each user different set of functionalities.
• Text Encryption string, user are able to use an encryption string to encrypt their tasks and comments. encryption is performed on the client side, making it impossible for any one to read encrypted data.
